Weekly Meal Plans
If you're not ready for one-on-one coaching but still want support with your nutrition, I offer customized weekly meal plans delivered straight to you. Each plan is tailored to your preferences, goals, and lifestyle - making healthy eating feel doable, not overwhelming. You'll get easy, balanced recipes and grocery lists to help you stay on track without the commitment of regular meetings.
